ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – MATERNITY COVER – PART TIME
Kilmorie Primary School is an outstanding school and is looking to appoint an efficient, hardworking and dynamic Administrative Assistant as maternity cover from 1st September 2020 for one year.
This is a varied and complex role requiring the successful candidate to be able to prioritise and multitask. You will be able to provide excellent administrative support to the senior staff and office manager as well as the staff, children and parents of Kilmorie School.
Previous experience of working in a school office or similar environment is essential.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate will be extremely well motivated, organised and efficient, possess excellent IT skills and be a good team player. They will have the ability to work under pressure, prioritising tasks and using their own initiative.

You will work 3 days per week, (21 hours) and 41 weeks a year (term time only + inset days + 2 weeks during school closure at the beginning and end of the summer holidays) supporting the smooth running of school business & administration.
