ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – ONE YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT
Kilmorie Primary School is an outstanding school and is looking to appoint an efficient, hardworking and dynamic Administrative Assistant on a foxed term contract starting preferably from 1st October 2021. This is a varied and complex role requiring the successful candidate to be able to prioritise and multitask. You will need to be able to provide excellent administrative support to the senior staff and office manager as well as the staff, children and parents of Kilmorie School. Previous experience of working in a school office or similar environment is essential.

The successful candidate will be warm and friendly, extremely well motivated, organised and efficient, possess excellent IT skills and be a good tram player. They will have the ability to work under pressure, prioritising tasks and using their own initiative.

You will work 5 days per week, (35 hours) and 41 weeks a year (term time only + inset days and 2 weeks during school holidays at the beginning and end of the summer holidays) supporting the smooth running of school business & administration.
