Kilmorie Primary School has a committed and engaged Governing Body who guides the strategic direction of the school, with an overview of its curriculum, development and planning. It acts as a supportive but ‘critical friend’, ensuring accountability and helping the school to achieve its vision and aims.

The Governing Body is made up of staff, parents, members of the local community, a Local Authority governor and our Headteacher.

The Full Governing Body meets once per term, with regular additional meetings of the Children and Learning Committee and the Finance and Resources Committee.

Chair of Governors: Anita Gibbons

Chair of Children and Learning Committee: Joanna Henderson

Chair of Finance and Resources Committee: Martha Burnige
