Year Four
Welcome to the Year 4 area. Year 4 is when children at Kilmorie enter the Upper Phase of the school and build more independence and confidence in themselves as learners. Starting to think more about how they learn, children will increasingly make decisions about what to focus on, how to present their work and how they learn best. Topics in Year 4 really fire the children’s imaginations, taking them from Ancient Rome to modern Andalusia. Year 4 also includes the first residential trip and of course lots of times tables!
